VISA READY ASSESSMENT
LIMITED ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT
- Parties
This engagement is between Ferntree Migration, a registered migration agent practice, and the individual requesting a Visa Ready Assessment (the Client). - Scope of Services
The Agent is engaged solely to provide a Visa Ready Assessment. This includes:
a. assessing the Client’s eligibility for relevant Australian visa pathways
b. reviewing documentation provided by the Client
c. confirming whether the Client may be considered “visa ready” for certain migration optionsWhere appropriate, the Client’s profile may be shared with external parties for consideration only. - Excluded Services
The Client acknowledges and agrees that this engagement does not include:
a. employment placement or recruitment services
b. securing employment or sponsorship
c. matching the Client with an employer
d. guaranteeing employer interest, sponsorship, visa outcomes, or timeframes
e. acting as the Client’s agent for recruitment or labour hire purposesAny decision to offer employment or sponsorship is made solely by an employer and is outside the Agent’s control.
- No Guarantee
The Client understands that being assessed as “visa ready” does not guarantee:
a. employment
b. employer sponsorship
c. labour agreement outcomes
d. visa grant approvalMigration outcomes depend on factors including employer decisions, government policy, and assessment by the Department of Home Affairs. - Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. The Agent is entitled to rely on information provided by the Client and is not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete or incorrect information. - Fees
The Visa Ready Assessment fee covers the assessment and advisory services outlined above only. It does not cover visa application charges, sponsorship or nomination charges, recruitment services, or any government fees. - Compliance and Client Information
The Agent is a registered migration agent and acts in accordance with the Migration Act 1958 and the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.Information about the rights and responsibilities of both clients and registered migration agents is set out in the Migration Agent Consumer Guide, available at: https://www.mara.gov.au/get-help-with-a-visa/help-from-a-registered-migration-agent/migration-agent-consumer-guide - Acceptance
By proceeding with the Visa Ready Assessment and making payment, the Client confirms acceptance of this Limited Engagement Agreement and acknowledges understanding of the scope and limitations of the services provided.
